Refund policy

At this time all sales are final unless subject to our terms of warranty.

All requests for refunds and cancelations of pre order sales are subject to forfeit of the deposit payed, including taxes. (Delivery cost payed will be refunded if unshipped.)

We do not accept any returns/refunds after fulfillment of an order unless under warranty.

 As we grow, it is our goal to provide a more flexible return policy in the coming future. Great customer service is paramount next to producing high quality products. We will do our best to help you find a solution to any technical or installation related issues with our products outside of qualified warranty claims.

MADEXPRO™ guarantees its products against manufacturing and material defects. Products are hand assembled and inspected at multiple stages to ensure the highest level of quality. MADEXPRO™ is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit or installation.
